Proditomania is the belief that everyone around you is a traitor.

Coined in the late 1800s, proditomania derives from the Latin verb prodere, meaning “to betray”. Derived from the same root are a clutch of equally seldom-encountered words likes of prodition (a fifteenth century word for treason or treachery) and proditor (a traitor).

Likewise someone described as proditorious is traitorous or perfidious, or liable to give away secrets. Whether or not he was invited into the West Wing or not...
